Suitable-Homes Payment & Billing Policy

We’ve made payment for goods easy and efficient by selecting modes of payment that are convenient to almost every client. You will be able to choose a payment method that is most suitable for you.

Our most preferred payment modes are:

  1. Mpesa paybill: Our Mpesa paybill is 4017749 where the account number is the ORDER NUMBER that you receive while making an order.
  2. Bankers Cheque, checks or cheques:
  • We accept bankers cheques from all customers.
  • We also accept personal and corporate cheques from our customers. For pre-approved customers we organize for deliveries immediately after receiving the cheque.
  • For those customers who have not been pre-approved, you have to pay 3,000 via mpesa paybill 4017749 and the rest via a cheque. Upon successful confirmation of payment by the bank, deliveries are made immediately.
  • All cheques to be written in favor of Suitable Network.
  1. Electronic bank Cash transfer: To be done for orders over Kes. 250,000. Our account number is displayed while generating that specific order while making payment. It can also be requested via email.

Product prices & other payment terms

  1. We organize for deliveries once the payment has been confirmed from our end.
  2. You are only supposed to pay for exactly what is displayed and described on our website.
  3. Viewing of locally made Furniture is allowed in our Bomas workshop before making payments. A full payment is made for all customized furniture, where the expected time to complete the task is agreed upon and a guarantee issued. This depends on the work load at any given time.
  4. Suitable Homes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change product prices and acceptable payment methods from time to time and for any reason.

 

Suitable-Homes Delivery Policy

At Suitable-Homes.com we have a wide range of delivery options which helps all our customers to receive purchased items as soon as possible.

All deliveries are made Monday to Saturday apart from public holidays countrywide. All kenyan deliveries for orders made by 5pm are made the same day. Deliveries to other parts of the country are made the following day. We also offer very convenient free pick up services within Nairobi in our designated shops listed on this website. In addition, we offer a free pick-up service and allow personal arrangements for bulky goods for efficiency and convenience purposes. You can select this free pick up option as your preferred delivery mode or choose to use our modestly charged delivery option. Other country wide deliveries out of Nairobi are made daily to your door step or to the nearest town for pick up. Delivery fee depends on the type of item ordered and its payable before dispatch. All goods are supposed to get to the preferred destination selected within 24 hours. However, there unavoidable circumstances that may lead to delays in expected delivery time which rarely happens. These include and are not limited to heavy traffic, accidents, mechanical breakdown, heavy rainfall, earthquakes, acts of god, government regulations, epidemics, political riots, any kind of unrest, miscommunication, poor telephony networks and others. One of our team members will keep you informed on delivery status of your purchased goods.

Approximated delivery time within Nairobi: within 3 hours after making an order and payment.

All our payments are made via Mpesa at the moment.

Free pick up store are located at Corner house 6th floor in CBD and at Bomas in Karen next to Galleria mall. All furniture items are located at Bomas.

Our desire is to deliver your purchase on time and to give you appropriate updates regarding your orders delivery. From time to time, unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather and traffic may cause your order to be delayed and a team member will be in-touch via phone/WhatsApp or email to let you know of any changes or delays. Return Policy

You can return any defective/damaged products delivered in such condition and we will exchange or process a refund in one business day.

To effect the above the customer need to raise an alert with us within 1 day from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return, refund or exchange.

The product requiring exchange, refund or return should be received by us within 2 working days of the date of delivery in order to be eligible for the same.

We retain the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification Suitable Homes will either re-deliver/replace or refund the product/money to the customer.

In case the product is defective or damaged, Suitable Homes will replace and resend the product to the same destination address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.

In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be delivered to the destination address of the order.

The customer is responsible for delivery charges for replaced/re-shipped product.

If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer.

We confirm that all electronics are in good condition and performing well before they are shipped to the customer together with the shipping company. The customer should verify that the delivered goods are in good condition at the shipping agency’s pick up point.

In case the product gets damaged while on transit, we request the delivery agency to take care of the cost and any refund that may be required.
